Internet Outplacement Support - ‘Virtual Outplacement’

Most Jobcentre Plus Customers are helped on a face to face basis. HtR have now introduced Virtual Meeting Rooms to our Outplacement Support which provide an incredible level of remote help. By utilising web based technology we can:

• Work of documents together in ‘real time’
• Help fill in on-line applications - viewing exactly what the individual is seeing and guiding as required
• Surf the Internet and provide practical demonstrations of how to use Websites

We can be hundreds of miles away but by utilising ‘desktop sharing facilities’ it is almost as if we were sat beside the person being guided and helped. The technology allows a person to talk to and see our Consultant, work with them on documents, and interact together. All the individual requires is Broadband Internet Access.
