HtR and the Department for Work and Pensions - Work Programme
HtR Outplacement works with a number of DWP Work Programme Prime Organisations, our role being to provide specialist help and guidance to Jobcentre Plus Customers who fall into the Professional & Executive category.
Individuals referred to us include Customers looking for a new job in areas such as Office, Technical, IT, Engineering, Managerial, Executive and Director roles.
In addition to updating job search skills, helping to write an effective CV, and preparing Customers for interview; we help Customers ‘repackage’ themselves by use of their transferable skills - opening up new job opportunities / career paths.
